Kawasaki’s first roadgoing EVs are powered by a compact brushless electric motor offering strong off-the-line acceleration and low-end response. Rider-selectable power levels contribute to rider confidence, while unique EV features like e-boost and WALK Mode add to the fun experience. The rider-friendly electric motor is also clean and quiet.
DUAL REMOVABLE BATTERIES- PORTABLE AND VERSATILE
Instead of single heavy battery, two removable lithium-ion batteries are used. Each battery weighs 11.5 kg, contributing to portability. The batteries are located below the storage box, mounted in parallel.
MOTORCYCLE HANDLING- LIGHT AND CONFIDENCE-INSPIRING
Although the Z e-1 is primarily a commuter model, Kawasaki engineers worked hard to ensure that it offered the riding excitement for which Kawasaki motorcycles are famous.
